DP350 TouchMATRIX with its start-stop interface

The DP350 with its start-stop interface was developed for the transsonar distance measurement with the aid of absolute transducers and magnetostrictive sensors. The device has a resistive touch screen with multicolor graphic display (red, green, yellow). The display can be programmed depending on the event. The device provides many functions such as scaling, filters, zero offset, count direction and linearization with up to 24 interpolation points. During the transsonar measurement, the device sends an Init pulse to the encoder, whereupon the measurement is started. The encoder sends back a start and a stop pulse. The position can be calculated by the time between the start and stop pulse and the presented waveguide speed of the encoder. This method can be used for distances and also for angle measurement. The angles can also be displayed as angular minutes and angular seconds. Start-stop interface for absolute transducers and magnetostrictive sensors Adjustable frequency of the init pulses from 62.5 Hz to 5 kHz 3 control inputs for HTL / PNP signals Power supply 18 ... 30 VDC Auxiliary voltage output 24 VDC or 5 VDC for encoder supply 8 decade LCD display (color: red, green, yellow) Resistive touchscreen Standard housing with 96 x 48 mm and IP65 protection Intuitive and easy parameterization by plain text and touch screen Numerous functions such as scaling, filter, zero offset, counting direction etc. Linearization with 24 interpolation points Option AC: Power supply 115 ... 230 VAC Option AO: 16 bit analog output, 4 control outputs, serial RS232 interface Option AR: 16 bit analog output, 4 control outputs, serial RS485 interface Option CO: 4 control outputs, serial RS232 interface Option CR: 4 control outputs, serial RS485 interface Option RL: 2 relay outputs Options can be combined.
