LW217and LW218 The optical fiber module

The optical fiber module LW218 is the receiving module of the transmission system for the optical transmission of industrial signal data via an optical fiber. The LW receiver converts the optical signals transmitted from the transmitter module to the receiver via a fiber optic line up to 2000 meters in length back into the original SSI format. The output absolute SSI data thus corresponds to the signal or absolute value originally applied at the input of the transmitter module. The conversion time from the input (transmitter) to the output (receiver) is less than 300 ns.
