GXNC14 normally closed (NC) Contactor

GXNC14 is a normally closed version of our high performance GX14 series It is a revolutionary contactor from Gigavac, based on EPIC™ technology (Extended Performance Impervious Ceramics). GXNC14 manages voltages from 12V to 800V both AC and DC and currents up to 2000A. The housing handles 150°C without being melt or discolor. The technology are the same that up until now only has been used in expensive products for the aerospace industry. The whole GXNC14 is hermetically sealed and meets the demands for UL1604 class I, II and III for use in dangerous environments. The IP67 protection enables temporary immersion in water for 30 minutes. It has SAE J1171 for external spark protection and ISO8846 for protection against sparks in explosive gases. The contactor GXNC14 has built in coil suppression and all mounting details are manufactured in stainless steel to assure many years of operation without corrossion, no matter the environment.
